"I will teach all your children, and they will know great peace." - Psalm 54:13

2018 Camp dates - July 23-27

While still embracing the wild outdoors and comprising of many regular camp activities (like archery, swimming, boating, etc) that have come to make King's Lake Camp so special, there is always something extra special to learn at S.A.Y. Camp. This special camp's programming revolves around The Salvation Army's own unique scouting programs, known as Sunbeams, Girl Guards, and Adventure Corps.

By working towards various badges and emblems that can range from gardening to team sports, the troops programs help educate children and build positive character by stimulating personal growth and discovery in addition to improving team-building skills. Outside of camp, Sunbeams are offered for girls grades 1-5, Girl Guards for girls grades 6-12, and Adventure Corps for boys grades 1-12.  However, S.A.Y. Camp itself is only for children ages 7-12. At S.A.Y. Camp, campers expand their knowledge of the world around them by working on these badges in addition to normal camp activities.

Ages: 7-12

Cost: $175
